| Julia Dowling |
Julia graduated from the Oxford School of Massage in 2005, and has been working as a massage therapist in New Zealand, performing a range of holistic and deep tissue treatments.
She now co-ordinates Hair & Beauty Apprenticeships within the Oxford & Cherwell Valley College, where she has also gained qualifications in Nutrition and Health and Conflict Management.

| Judith Earnshaw |
Judith Earnshaw developed the OSM method of massage, after using massage in 1980 when working with people with learning disabilities and later with MS.
Judith then went on to establish OSM in 1988, as a centre of excellence for massage training, that would combine technical skill with a real sensitivity and awareness of the more subtle aspects of healing work.

Mark Higgins |
Mark qualified with the Oxford School of Massage (OSM) in 1988, before going on to the West London School of Therapeutic Massage to take further courses in Sports Massage and Aromatherapy.
He has been teaching with the Oxford School of Massage since 1990.
As well as his role as principal of the school and tutor he owns and runs the Oxford franchise of Neal's Yard Remedies.

John Murrell |
John studied for the ITEC qualification in 1988 and went on to the Northern Institute of Massage, gaining its Certificate in Remedial Massage in 1990 and at Advanced Level in 1992.
Since he retired from a career in Academic and Research Psychology in 1990 he has maintained a small private massage practice in South Oxford.
John has taught on several courses for the Oxford School of Massage and served on various Committees. He fairly regularly attends refresher courses at the Northern Institute and holds, and updates, a basis First Aid qualification.

| Karen Turner |
Karen gained the ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage in 1997. Since then she has obtained further qualifications in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Sports Massage and Adult Teaching. She runs a successful practice from her home in Abingdon, where she also leads a weekly meditation group.
Karen enjoys finding creative ways to bring the subject of anatomy & physiology to life, whilst still keeping the focus on it's relevance to practicing therapists.
